
Anodizing Type II (*6.75ft max)
MIL-A-8625 with thicknesses ranging from 0.0001-0.0010" thick. Creates a corrosion protective oxide that is non-conductive (Clear Anodize, Soft Anodize, Sulfuric Anodize).
Anodizing Type III (*6.75ft max.)
MIL-A-8625 with thicknesses ranging from 0.001-0.0030" thick - Ex. hardcoat, hard anodizing, or engineered anodizing. Creates a abrasive oxide that is non-conductive.
Anodizing Colors
Black, Blue, Red, Tan, Magenta and Gray. Various colors are possible for setup please consult with us, so we can accommodate your needs.
Abrasive Blasting (*3ft max.)
Removing surface contaminants including machine marks by forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure. We currently stock Glass Bead and Aluminum Oxide Media.
Masking
Using various materials from screws, plugs, liquid maskant, tape and etc. to protect any critical dimensions.
Chemical Conversion Coating (*4ft max.)
Conversion coating used to provide a corrosion protective finish with an excellent base for primers, topcoats, and powder coating. Currently we are processing to RoHS Clear Clear Chem Film and Gold/Yellow non-RoHS.
Passivation (*3ft. max)
Passivation of Stainless Steel to clean oil and grease including removal of free Iron (FE) from the surface. Providing a passive layer to prevent corrosion from oxygen and other harsh environments.
PASSIVATION TESTING
Copper Sulfate and Water Immersion Testing available.
Primer and Top-Coat
Spray application varying from specification and technical data sheets.
Solid/Dry Film Lube
Spray application as required to specifications.
Cleaning
Removal of contaminants such as oils, dust, oxidation, ink, etc. Giving you a clean "bare" surface for your substrate.
Etching
Pickling of surface with removal capabilities of 0.00001" up to 0.0005" to give you a matte appearance, including removal of surface areas.
